From a young age, Oliver knew that he wanted to work in the creative industry. Initially studying art, graphic design and photography during his A-Levels, he soon realised that the traditional academic route was not for him. It was at that point that he decided to leave sixth form and pursue his passion by enrolling in college to become a makeup artist.
In Autumn 2018, Oliver enrolled at North Notts College on their Level 2 Hair and Media Makeup course. Although he initially struggled with the new learning methods, he quickly found his passion for the subject and completed the qualification with a high merit.
He then continued at the college to complete his Level 3 Theatrical Media Makeup, Level 4 Higher National Certificate, and Level 5 Higher National Diploma, graduating in 2022 with a distinction.
These qualifications have not only expanded his knowledge and provided him with recognised credentials, but also enabled him to craft stunning looks that empower his clients, helping them feel beautiful and confident. His journey has been one of continuous learning and growth and he is excited to bring his passion and expertise to every project he undertakes.
